I am 26, and have been working at Forever Direct since 2012. Currently working as coordinator at the VAS department (Value Added Services) and as a project assistant. I am also an active member of the Works Council.
Why did I choose for FD? Because it’s an ever-growing company that offers many opportunities to develop. In addition, the ”feeling” is very important. I don’t go to my work to see how things will go. No, every day has new challenges! Like thinking about new process improvements and ensuring that all the products are labelled on time and of the highest quality. The customer must be able to see that the products are processed with involvement. That’s only possible if you work in a team where everyone is committed. This is also an important core value at FD; an agreement is an agreement, and we always help each other. How beautiful is that?!

My day, my challenges
Mijn dag
Ik hou mezelf bezig met het dagelijkse proces, dus het aansturen van mensen en naar het proces kijken of er verbeteringen zijn. Ook zorg ik ervoor dat iedereen aan het werk kan blijven.
Mijn uitdagingen
Er zijn genoeg uitdagingen bij FD, zoals meedenken met procesverbeteringen en ervoor zorgen dat alle producten op tijd gelabeld worden en dat het product er goed uitziet. De klant moet kunnen zien dat het met beleving is verwerkt.
De uitdaging voor Forever Direct
Om niet alleen je eigen proces te verbeteren maar ook meedenken met collega’s van andere afdelingen en zo efficiënt mogelijk omgaan met de groei die we meemaken.
